Anxiety Services

You are trying your best but nothing feels good enough. You try your hardest to do things right or perfect but nothing works out the way you thought it would. You can’t stop worrying about small things and that distracts you from things you should be doing. You can’t even relax without going through tomorrow’s to-do list. There is so much on your plate and so much to be concerned about right now. Feeling this way is exhausting. I know what this feels like.

Sometimes you can be anxious and others have no idea you are struggling. This can look like not being able to catch your breath, not feeling “good enough”, putting things off to the last minute, losing your patience with people you love, trying really hard to control the things or people around you, or avoiding stressful situations.

Anxiety can look different for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color). It can look like comparing yourself to others, not asking for help when you really need it, not having the words to say to describe your feelings, or feeling pressure others will think you represent your entire community. This could even mean having anxiety around people or places that may not acknowledge you or treat you in a hostile way. It’s no wonder you feel this way.

I use interventions that help people overcome thinking that keeps them stuck. Together we can work together to create spaces that are peaceful and calming for you. I will help you take charge of your worries so they don’t control you. You will spend more of your time being present instead of distracted by all that is going on in your head.

You are working really hard but it has not paid off as you thought it would. When you choose healing you can choose freedom from suffering.
